Pick up and drop off service on request. At least 24 hours notice and confirmation is required.
Drop off and pick up policy
All drop offs must be between 7-10am to minimize disruption to the dogs in our care. Collection is no later than 7pm or you will be subject to late fee.
Cancellation policy
Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your booking, you will be charged for 50% of the service. No shows will be charged the full amount of their booking.
Refund Policy
If your dog is required to go home due to contagious illness or behavioural concerns, you will be charged for the full amount of their daycare and/or grooming reservation for that day. All daycare packages are non-refundable.
